Tektiles provides a simple pane of glass to manage the tickets and technicians including capacity, burden, compliance, and utilization. Where are all the technicians? Who's working on what? How busy are they really? Tektiles enhances management capabilities with almost no learning curve. It works by gathering data from tools already used. The systems’ cloud-based console allows users to see all tickets and tasks assigned, what's past due, who's in the office or in the field, view all client interactions including email, Skype and ScreenConnect sessions, and a list of daily time entries.
